Owner, Mark Keller graduated with honors and a degree in Animal Science and Resource Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1998. Since graduating, he has been in the artisanal meat business and founded Ranch Marketing in 2001.

Mark has also been a speaker at industry conferences in Canada and the US and has written an article for the Stockman Grass Farmer - 299k PDF. Mark is an avid athlete and family man. When he’s not working, he’s training for a triathlon or spending time with his wife and two children.
